How we handle data

In the course of our work we may process personal data belonging to our clients, their staff and other individuals. We process such data only for legitimate purposes connected with our engagements, on an appropriate lawful basis, and keep it only for as long as necessary.

Our commitments

• Keep personal and confidential information secure, using appropriate technical and organisational measures.
• Treat client information as confidential and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.
• Respect individuals' rights under data protection law and respond to any request to exercise them.
• Notify the relevant parties and, where required, the Information Commissioner's Office of any reportable personal data breach.

How we handle data collected through this website is set out in our privacy policy. We will register with the Information Commissioner's Office where required.
