Modern slavery statement
Last updated: [DATE]Calon Infrastructure Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its activities and in its supply chain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.
Our business
CALON is an independent infrastructure advisory practice. Our work is professional and office- or remote-based, and our supply chain is limited — principally software, professional services and associate advisers. We therefore consider the inherent risk of modern slavery within our own operations to be low.
Our commitments
- We act ethically and with integrity in all engagements and relationships.
- We expect the same standards of any associates and suppliers we work with, and will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in modern slavery.
- Where we advise clients on infrastructure procurement and delivery, we support responsible practices throughout their supply chains.
- Any concerns can be raised in confidence with a director.
This statement is made voluntarily. As a small business we fall below the turnover threshold at which a statement is required under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, but we consider it good practice to set out our position.
Approved on behalf of Calon Infrastructure Limited by its Directors.
This is a starting template appropriate to a small advisory practice, and it is not legal advice. Add the date, confirm it reflects how you actually operate, and review it periodically.
